HydrauWinch 30 CT

30 mton tugger winch also equipped with a Constant Tension (CT) mode. The CT mode is improved to have an excellence performance in a wave motion. This to generate less heat, store energy and save fuel. The winch can be used for hoisting up to 4.5 mton in lifting mode. The HydrauWinch 30 CT be both locally and remotely operated.

The HydrauWinch 30 CT is provided with rotational pulse pickup in order to obtain wire length measurement. The wire length is displayed on the operator panels. Wire length zeroing function is provided. Control functions for CT operation are integrated in the operators panels, Bumpless shifting between CT and normal operation is provided. The actual load is measured by 4 load pins on the base frame to assure accurate measurement. A fail safe disc brake ensures safe operation and holds the load when the winch is disabled.
