Electric Hydraulic Powerpack
One of Hydrauvision’s remarkable innovations are the electrically powered hydraulic power units. For quite some time, Hydrauvision has been offering electric-powered units, and one of our latest innovations is the battery-hybrid HPU. This solution combines a battery with a grid connection, enabling the delivery of high hydraulic power with a smaller grid connection. The battery also provides additional security as a backup during power outages, ensuring reliable operation at all times. The electric and hybrid power units are designed to deliver the same powerful performance as their diesel-powered counterparts but with higher efficiency and zero CO2 emissions. The electric HydrauPacks are not only environmentally friendly but also quiet during operation. They are mounted in a soundproof DNV 2.7.1 certified offshore container. These powerpacks exemplify how technology can be used to address environmental challenges without compromising functionality and performance.

F4800E – Electric Foundation Machine
Another revolutionary product is the F4800E, an electric foundation rig. This machine is a game-changer in the construction sector, where traditionally heavy, emission-intensive equipment is used. The F4800E is based on the diesel-powered F4800 foundation machine from Fundex Equipment. This unit features a fully electric HPU, electric winches, a battery pack, a DC generator, and a microgrid. As a result, the F4800E includes all the essential components for the complete electrification of machines. This sustainable alternative is 100% electrically powered. The foundation machine underlines our commitment to developing equipment that is both powerful and environmentally friendly.
Power Conversion Unit AC/DC Converter
In addition to our electric equipment, we have developed an efficient AC/DC converter. This converter plays a crucial role in enabling emission-free operations by providing reliable and efficient conversion of alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) and vice versa. This allows electric machines and systems to be powered sustainably without relying on fossil fuels. The AC/DC converter is an important part of our modular strategy to help our customers transition to an emission-free working environment.
