What you will do

You are the driving force behind our recruitment process. With your proactive approach, you actively search for technical professionals and explore new recruitment channels. We have several locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, each with its own environment and culture. This requires different recruitment techniques, and you know exactly which approach works best to find the right talent for each location.

You build and maintain valuable networks both inside and outside the organization, and you contribute to our employer branding initiatives. With your enthusiasm and curiosity, you know how to excite candidates about our organization. You also work closely with your HR colleagues and the training coordinator, ensuring everyone feels welcome and gets off to a smooth start. In doing so, you play a key role in strengthening our organizational culture and building a strong talent pool.

You excel at

  • Actively approaching and selecting candidates via LinkedIn and other (online) networks
  • Building and maintaining talent pools for future vacancies
  • Contributing ideas on how we can remain an attractive employer
  • Utilizing social media and other platforms for employer branding
  • Guiding applicants and ensuring a smooth recruitment process

What we expect from you

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO)
  • Excellent communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and you enjoy taking the initiative
  • Recruitment experience is a plus, but not a must — your curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn are just as important
  • The option to work part-time; the number of hours is negotiable
