He paved the way for you...
Joris started as an intern in the new construction department. After his internship, he pursued a Level 3 Mechatronics BBL program, which he successfully completed last school year. “Hydrauvision encouraged me to continue learning beyond Level 3. In consultation with our HR department, I chose an Associate Degree, a 2-year part-time higher vocational education program at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda.”
In the future, Joris aims to grow into a project management role. “The engineering knowledge I’m currently gaining during my Associate Degree will be very useful for that. But for now, I’d like to stay in the workshop and gain more experience, perhaps even during assignments abroad.”
