What you will do
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software and leading a team. You will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects, from design to commissioning for international clients. Additionally, as a Lead Software Engineer, you will monitor project progress, coordinate the team, and ensure a high-quality outcome.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and make adjustments as needed. Collaboration with other disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical design, is essential.
What you excel at
- Developing and testing PLC software
- Drafting and reviewing FDS documents
- Coordinating with clients and project teams
- Monitoring deadlines, budgets, and quality
What we expect from you
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Familiarity with platforms such as Siemens, B&R, Codesys, and Danfoss Plus+1
- Strong command of the English language
